To submit listings to our directory, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our service.

Users may submit websites, SaaS tools, AI platforms, and agencies to the directory. By submitting, you guarantee that:

• You have the legal right or authorization to list the submitted platform.
• The platform does not contain illegal, explicit, or malicious content (e.g., malware, phishing).
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading.

We reserve the right to review, modify, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, without notice, if it violates our quality standards.

Our platform uses advanced Generative AI (such as Google Gemini) to analyze submitted URLs and generate SEO descriptions, GEO summaries, and AEO answers. By submitting your platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to parse your public website data and display the AI-generated summaries on our domain.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.

In no event shall LexonLib, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
